We've spent years watching small Indian companies fight their HRMS. OfficHR is what we wished existed when we were running our own teams.
Our story
OfficHR is built by Tecnior, a Delhi-based product studio. We started Tecnior in 2022 to build software for the Indian SMB — accounting, CRM, mailing, and HR. The HR product began life as an internal tool for our own forty-person team and grew into a multi-tenant platform after every Indian SMB friend asked us to "just give it to me too".
We are intentionally small — under fifteen people across Delhi and Mumbai. No outside investors, no growth-hacking team, no paid campaign team. Every rupee we make funds product engineering and customer support.
Our mission
Make HR for Indian SMBs cheap, compliant, and quietly delightful. Three words, in that order, on purpose. Cheap, because most Indian companies do not have the budget for enterprise HR-tech. Compliant, because the cost of getting compliance wrong is brutal. Delightful, because the team using it deserves better than the 2009 enterprise UI most HRMS still ship.
