Refund policy

1. The 14-day trial

Every new tenant gets a 14-day free trial of the Pro plan. No credit card is collected up-front, so there is nothing to refund if you decide not to convert.

2. 30-day money-back guarantee

If you pay for OfficHR and within 30 days of the first payment decide it is not the right fit, email [email protected] and we will refund the full amount, no questions asked.

3. Cancellation after 30 days

• Monthly plans: cancel any time. The current cycle continues until its end date; no further charges. No partial refund of the current month.
• Annual plans: cancel any time. We pro-rate by full month from the next month onwards and refund the unused portion within 7 working days. Used months are not refundable.

4. Specific exclusions

The following are not refundable:

• One-off implementation or migration fees, once work has begun.
• Custom development paid for under a separate Statement of Work.
• SMS / WhatsApp credits already consumed for notifications.

5. How to request a refund

1. Email [email protected] from the email address of a tenant administrator.
2. Include your tenant subdomain and the invoice number(s) you want refunded.
3. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 working days.

6. Disputes

If you disagree with a refund decision, please escalate to [email protected]. Disputes are resolved per the Terms of Service.
